Hemp is a complete, easily digestible protein source that's rich in omega-3s, omega-6s, and essential amino acids. But it's not just a good source of nutrients: Hemp's value as a sustainable crop is virtually limitless, with an ever-expanding lineup of uses—from textiles, clothing, and body care products to building materials and even auto parts.

(Oh, and in case you were still unsure, hemp can't get you high like its infamous cousin; it contains less than 0.3% THC, the psychoactive compound found in marijuana.)
