Bakery on Main Maple Multigrain Oats Apple Crisp
- Preheat oven to 375 ̊. Coat a baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
- In a large bowl, combine almond extract, oatmeal, and almond meal. Using hands, add butter to oat mixture and mix well; mixture will clump together. Add apples and dried cherries; mix well.
- Transfer mixture to prepared baking dish. Bake for 40 minutes; remove from oven and set aside to cool for 10 minutes.
- Serve warm with dairy-free ice cream or yogurt, if desired.
