Barbecue Hot Sauce*
1. Mince 4 cloves of garlic and ginger, mixing them together in small bowl. Pour in 1 tablespoon lime juice. Rub mixture onto raw chicken breasts. Sprinkle lightly with salt. Set chicken aside.
