- In blender, blend beet, milk, protein powder, cinnamon, ginger, and maple syrup, if using, until smooth.
- Pour into small saucepan and gently heat over medium until steaming, but do not allow it to boil.
- Using hand-held frother or whisk, stir mixture vigorously in pan to create foam. Alternatively, pour mixture into jar with tight lid and shake for 30 seconds until foam forms.
