Eligibility:
- All products entered must be distributed in most national markets and available for sale in natural product retailers nationwide.
- All product labeling must be in accordance with the legal requirements of the FDA and the Office of Consumer Affairs. All products must be in compliance with the latest regulations.
- Products must meet the requirements of the category in which they are entered. If a product does not meet the given criteria, Alive Publishing Group Inc. (APG) reserves the right to disqualify the item from the competition.
- APG may submit random entry products for laboratory analysis to ensure quality standards.
- APG reserves the right to revoke false or misleading entries. In the event an Award has already been given to a product, all rights to the Award, including the right to use reproductions, will be revoked. APG reserves the right to publish retractions.
Entry Rules:
- Each different product requires a new entry form.
- Entry form must be filled out in its entirety, and the entry fee paid ($149 USD/product entry).
- Each submission must include an entry fee, short product description (max. 50 words), and two (2) electronic photos of the product. Electronic files should be sent with the following specifications:
- Photo 1: 200 x 200 pixels at 72 DPI
- Photo 2: 4″ x 4″ at 300 DPI
- Both photos must have a clipping path around the objects and be saved in PNG or high-quality JPEG formats. Please send electronic files to: supplementawards@alive.com.
- Up to three (3) product samples or coupons will be accepted from all entrants to be included in the Consumer Voting Prize gift baskets.
- We only accept shelf-stable products to be delivered to our Canadian head office. We do not accept CBD products at our office. In lieu of CBD products, we will accept coupons to be included in the baskets.
- No refunds permitted.
