        Braised Baby Bok Choy with Ginger and Garlic
    
    
                
        
    Instructions
    
                - Bring broth, butter, garlic, and ginger to a simmer in a large heavy skillet. Arrange bok choy evenly in skillet, cover, and simmer until tender, about 5 minutes. Using tongs, transfer bok choy to a serving dish, cover, and keep warm.
- Bring the liquid to a boil and simmer until reduced to about 1/4 cup. Stir in toasted sesame oil and pour mixture over bok choy. Season with sea salt and pepper, if desired.
