Never having been in a health food store before, I finally went into one last week. I was intrigued by some of the items I saw there—products that I would definitely purchase. Upon leaving, I picked up a copy of Delicious Living, along with several other publications. I didn’t expect to get much out of them. Boy, was I surprised. I not only read them, I devoured them. Especially Delicious Living. Your magazine changed my life that day. Even though I have always tried to eat well, I had no idea I wasn’t eating right. It gave me insight into healthful living. Thanks.

In “Varicose Veins, Stretch Marks, and Cellulite … Oh My!” (June 2006), we mistakenly attributed information to Patricia Gaines, a naturopathic physician in Tempe, Arizona. Although gotu kola, an herb in Zia Natural Ultimate Body Firming Treatment, does increase connective tissue strength and decrease capillary permeability, Gaines did not recommend the specific product for treating cellulite. She also does not recommend drinking stimulating caffeine drinks as a cellulite treatment.
