Taco Salad: Toss together 4 oz cooked grass-fed ground beef crumbles, 2 tbsp picante sauce, 3 cups shredded lettuce, 3 sliced cherry tomatoes, ½ cup diced avocado and 1/3 cup shredded Mexican cheese blend
8 oz herbal tea with 1/3 cup unsweetened canned coconut milk
