Born in Poland, Organic Food Truck founder Jacek Konieczny was motivated to learn the applied science of natural supplements and nutraceuticals after his father passed away from heart disease. The nutrition guru distributes healthy food to San Diegans seeking meals with no GMOs, pesticides, hormones, preservatives, hydrogenated oils or artificial flavors. Most of the menu is comprised of lean proteins and veggies.
