Note: Grapefruit juice interferes with certain heart medications, so ask your physician about possible interactions. Combine with tangerine juice to increase sweetness. Lemon Stuffed with cancer-fighting limonoids. Add juice of 1 lemon and a bit of lemon zest to a glass of mango, peach, or papaya juice blends. Lime Peel contains abundant cancer-fighting d-limonene. Blend together juice of 1/2 lime with 1/2 teaspoon lime zest, 1/2 frozen banana, and 1/2 cup pineapple juice. Orange Highest in vitamin C and rich in folate. Supports immune function and lowers cancer risk. Mix with equal parts pineapple juice and a dollop of plain yogurt.
