Though this looks and tastes like conventional wheat-based spaghetti, Banza’s excellent gluten-free version is made with chickpeas, tapioca, pea protein and xanthan gum. What’s missing from this product? Forty percent fewer net carbs than you would find in traditional noodles. You will, however, get in 14 grams of protein and 8 grams of fiber per 2-ounce serving.
