Bhakti Chai Marshmallows
The final recipe in this year's contest was Sola's Bhakti Chai Marshmallows. Sola was intrigued by the use of gelatin from grass-fed cows for its collagen and potential to aid joint care. She infused her homemade marshmallows with Bhakti Chai concentrate and topped them with dehydrated Bhaki Chai concentrate that turned into intensely spiced flakes. The judges were impressed with this innovative use of the Bhakti Chai ingredient and loved the not-too-sweet, yet completely satisfying marshmallow experience.
