ELIGIBILITY
Product must be distributed in most national markets and available in natural product retailers nationwide. Products must meet the requirements of the category in which they are entered. If a product does not meet the given criteria, Alive Publishing Group Inc. (APG), creators of delicious living, reserves the right to disqualify the item from the competition. APG may submit entry products for laboratory analysis at random to ensure quality standards. APG reserves the right to revoke false or misleading entries. In the event an Award has already been given to a product, all rights to the Award, including the right to use reproductions, will be revoked. APG reserves the right to publish retractions.
SUBMISSIONS
Entry forms, product images, and supporting documents must be received by APG before April 3, 2023. Manufacturers may enter as many products as they wish, provided one entry fee of one hundred and forty-nine dollars ($149 USD) is received per product entry. Products that have previously won a delicious living Best Bite Award may be re-entered. Each submission must include an entry fee, short product description (max. 50 words), and two (2) electronic photos of the product. Electronic files should be sent with the following specifications:
- Photo 1: 200 x 200 pixels (72 DPI)
- Photo 2: and 4″ x 4″ at 300 DPI
Both photos must have a clipping path around the objects and be saved in PNG or high-quality JPEG formats and saved with the following name format: “Product Name—Company Name” (e.g., delicious living magazine—deliciousliving.jpg). Please send electronic files to: bestbiteawards@alive.com, with the subject heading: “Awards Image—Company Name” (e.g., “Awards Image—delicious living”). Up to three (3) product samples or coupons will be accepted from all entrants to be included in the Consumer Voting Prize gift baskets. Note that the sender/entrant must pay all applicable customs fees. Every reasonable measure will be taken to protect product entries. APG does not assume any liability for damage or loss of merchandiser entry.
RETAILER VOTING
Retailers are eligible to vote electronically at www.deliciousliving.com/awards/best-bite-awards/. Online voting will take place March 3 – April 3, 2023. Ballots will be tallied electronically by APG Representatives. *
CONSUMER VOTING
Consumers are entitled to one vote per person. Voting will be open electronically March 3 – April 3, 2023, at www.deliciousliving.com/awards/best-bite-awards/ . Ballots will be tallied electronically by APG Representatives. *
