Ingredients
  • 4large reduced-fat flour tortillas
  • 1cup hummus or feta cheese, crumbled
  • 4 scallions, chopped
  • 1cup shredded lettuce
  • 1/2 to 1 cucumber, chopped
Instructions
  1. Spread tortillas with hummus or cheese. Top with vegetables. Roll up and serve.
