Strawberry Gelato Pops
  • pounds fresh strawberries, hulled
  • ¼-⅓cup agave nectar
  • 1teaspoon fresh lemon juice
  • ½cup whole milk plain yogurt
  1. Put half of the strawberries in a food processor and pulse until chopped. Add remaining berries, agave, lemon juice and yogurt; process until smooth, scraping sides and breaking up berry chunks as needed.
  2. Pour mixture into popsicle molds and place in freeze until solid, at least 8 hours or overnight. (Time to freeze may depend on the size of your molds.) Serve immediately, or remove from molds and wrap each individually in plastic wrap.
