Ingredients
  • 6cups baby spinach leaves4-5 ounces
  • 1 cup fresh red grapefruit sectionshalved if large
  • 2 carambolastar fruit; thinly sliced
  • 2tablespoons fresh orange juice
  • 1tablespoon agave nectar
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 2teaspoons flaxseed oil
  • 1tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
Instructions
  1. In a large bowl, toss spinach with grapefruit and carambola.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together remaining ingredients (orange juice through sea salt). Drizzle about half of the dressing over the spinach mixture and serve.
