Instructions
Chill a 6-cup glass pitcher. Once chilled, add pear, pomegranate arils, apple, and half gingerroot. Set aside.
To high-speed blender, add reserved 1/3 cup pear, half gingerroot, and pomegranate juice. Blend until smooth and pour into glass pitcher. Add chilled wine and ginger beer and stir.
