  • 1 carrotcut off the ends and wash
  • 1 banana2 if they’re small
  • 4-6 ice cubes
  • 1/2cup frozen strawberries

  • 1/2scoop vegan protein powder
  • 2fistfuls spinach
  • 4 kale leaveswith stem if your blender can handle it
  • 3tablespoons fresh ginger
