Ingredients
  • 1/4cup lime juice
  • 1/3cup apple cider vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp honey or maple syrup
  • 9cup radishessliced in matchsticks to make 1
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1 small head of cabbagesliced finely to make about 10 cups
Instructions
  1. In small bowl, combine lime juice, vinegar, and honey; add radishes. Allow to stand for 30 minutes. Add pinch of salt to cabbage and combine with radish and vinegar mixture.
