  • 4tablespoons gluten-free all-purpose flour
  • 1tablespoon Neocell Super Collagen Powder
  • ¼teaspoon kosher or fine sea salt
  • ¼teaspoon baking powder
  • 4tablespoons water
  • 1tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil
  • 3 tablespoons pizza sauce or marinara sauce
  • 2tablespoons grated or shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 3slices pepperoni
  • 1 cherry tomatosliced
  • ¼teaspoon Italian seasoning
  1. Combine the flour, Neocell Super Collagen Powder, salt, baking powder, water, and olive oil in a microwave-safe mug or small ramekin (6-8 ounces). Microwave on high power for 30-45 seconds or until the dough looks almost set.
  2. Spread the pizza or marinara sauce on top of the dough, top with cheese, peperoni, tomato slices, and Italian seasoning. Microwave on high power for 45-60 seconds or until the cheese is melted. Eat immediately.
