NeoCell Collagen Mac & Cheese
Ingredients
  • ½cup cashews
  • 4tablespoons nutritional yeast
  • ½cup almond milk
  • Pinch Himalayan sea salt
  • 1tablespoon olive oil
  • 2tablespoons Neocell Collagen Powder
  • 2tablespoons gluten-free soy sauce
  • Juice from half a lemon
  • Brown rice pasta
  • Chili flakesoptional
  • Panko or bread crumbsoptional
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Pour almond milk into blender. Add cashews, then lemon juice, nutritional yeast, collagen powder, olive oil and Himalayan sea salt, chili flakes and soy sauce. Blend until smooth.
  3. Cook and drain pasta.
  4. Mix sauce into pasta and pour into baking dish. Top with panko and hemp seeds (optional).
  5. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes and serve.
