Monster Mash Shake
For green layer
  • 1/2 avocadopeeled and pitted
  • 1/2 banana
  • 1cup packed spinach leaves
  • 5leaves large mintoptional
  • 1/2cup frozen mango chunks or frozen pineapple chunks
  • 1cup light coconut milk
For purple layer
  • 1/2 banana
  • 2 Tbsp old-fashioned rolled oats
  • 1 medium raw red beetrootpeeled and roughly chopped
  • 1cup frozen blueberries
  • 1cup light coconut milk
  1. In bowl, assemble all ingredients for each layer so they’re ready to blend.
  2. In blender, combine all ingredients for green layer until smooth. Divide among 3 tall glasses.
  3. Rinse out blender and add all ingredients for purple layer. Combine until smooth. Carefully pour over green layer in glasses. Serve immediately and enjoy.
