Lemon Ginger Bubbly
  • 12-inch piece gingerroot
  • 1cup boiling water
  • 3teaspoons honeyor to taste
  • 1/4cup freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 3/4cup carbonated mineral wateror to taste
  1. Peel and slice the ginger. Combine with boiling water; let stand for 10 minutes, then discard ginger. Cool. Add honey and lemon juice; mix well. Pour into glasses and add mineral water. Serve over ice.
