To make: in the bottom of a double boiler, bring water to a boil; reduce to a simmer. Place chopped ginger and almond oil in the double-boiler top and cover. Simmer 30-45 minutes, stirring occasionally; do not overheat. Check every 20 minutes to replenish water in double boiler. Remove from heat. Strain oil into a bowl, using a spatula to get remainder out of pan; discard solids. Add honey to the oil and whisk together. Add essential oils; whisk to blend. Add castile soap, stirring gently until uniform. Do not overwhisk, as this activates the soap bubbles. Use a funnel to carefully pour into an 8- or 9-ounce bottle, and cap tightly.
