Ingredients
  • 3-3 1/2 cups honeydewabout 1/2 large melon; cubed
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons honey
  • 1/4 cup fresh basil leavesloosely packed
  • 1/4cup fresh mintloosely packed
  • Juice of 1 1/2 limes
  • 2generous pinches sea salt
Instructions
  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender. Blend on high 1 minute, until honey dissolves and mixture is finely pureed. Transfer to ice-cream maker and process according to manufacturer’s instructions; or freeze in a pan, scraping occasionally with a fork.
