Ingredients
  • 1cup raw cashewspresoaked (see tip)
  • 3/4cup water
  • 3 garlic clovescrushed
  • 1 Tbsp white miso paste
  • 2 Tbsp rice wine vinegar
  • 2 Tbsp grated gingerroot
  • 2tsp tamari
  • 1 Tbsp orange juice
  • 1tsp red chili flakesoptional
Instructions
  1. Drain cashews and place with fresh water in bowl of food processor or high-speed blender; blend until smooth. Add remaining ingredients and blend until combined.
