Fresh Cranberry and Ginger Relish
  • Juice and zest of 1 organic orange
  • 2cups fresh cranberries
  • 1tablespoon grated fresh ginger
  • 1/4cup plus 2 tablespoons natural cane sugar
  1. In a food processor, combine orange juice, cranberries, ginger, and sugar. Process until crumbly. Remove to a bowl, add zest, and mix well to combine.
