Dessert: Chocolate Tahini Chia Pudding with Raspberries

Ingredients
  • 1 Tbsp chia seeds
  • 1tsp raw cacao
  • 1/2tsp ground cinnamon
  • + pinch salt
  • 1/2tsp maple syrup or honey
  • 1tsp tahini
  • 1/4cup milk of your choice
  • 7 raspberries
  • 1/4tsp cacao nibs
Instructions
  1. In small ramekin or 1 cup Mason jar, add chia, cacao, cinnamon, maple syrup or honey, tahini, and milk. Stir to combine and then let stand for 10 minutes before stirring again more thoroughly to incorporate all the ingredients. Cover and chill in the fridge for minimum 4 hours. To serve, top with raspberries and sprinkle with cacao nibs.
