Cucumber De-Puffer Spa Water
Ingredients
  • 8cups spring water
  • 5 thin slices fresh ginger, peeled
  • 1 medium cucmber, sliced thin
  • 1 medium lemon, sliced thin
  • 12 spearmint leaves
  • Ice (optional)
Instructions
  1. To make: Mix all ingredients together in a large pitcher. Refrigerate for several hours or overnight to allow flavors to infuse the water. Strain and serve over ice, if desired. Garnish with an extra slice of cucumber or lemon.
  2. To use: Sip throughout the day. The fluids and diuretics help flush toxins from the body while flooding your system with vitamin C, antioxidants, and digestive aids to support your skin’s raidance, tone, and texture.
  3. To store: Keep refrigerated, and drink within four days.
