Coconut Almond Crunch Granola
  • 8cups rolled oats
  • 1cup sliced almonds
  • 3/4cup unsweetened shredded coconut
  • 1/2cup raw sesame seeds
  • 1/2cup raw pumpkin seeds
  • 1/2cup raw sunflower seeds
  • 3/4cup pure maple syrup
  • 1/2cup sunflower oil
  • 1/4cup honey
  • 1tablespoon organic unsulphured molasses
  • 1tablespoon pure vanilla extract
  • 2teaspoons ground cinnamon
  • 1/2teaspoon sea salt
  1. Preheat oven to 350˚.
  2. Combine all ingredients in a large mixing bowl and toss together until evenly combined.
  3. Lightly brush a rimmed baking sheet with oil. Spread granola mixture in a 1/4- to 1/2-inch-thick layer on baking sheet. Bake for 45–60 minutes, stirring every 15 minutes, until golden brown.
