  • 1/2ripe bananas, chopped
  • 2Medjool dates, pitted and choppedif very dry, soak in hot water first
  • 1tablespoon cocoa powder
  • 4tablespoons unsalted tahini
  • 3/4cup plain hemp milk
  1. Add ingredients to blender in the order listed.
