Cobbler Crumble Topping
  • 3/4cup raw pecans
  • 1/8teaspoon sea salt
  • 1/2teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1teaspoon alcohol-free vanilla extract
  • 2tablespoons coconut oilsoftened
  • 1/2cup pitted Medjool datespacked
  1. Place pecans, salt, and cinnamon into a food processor. Pulse lightly to mix, making sure to leave large chunks of nuts. Add vanilla, coconut oil, and dates and pulse into small pieces. Be careful not to overmix into a butter. You want to end up with a chunky texture that resembles that of the crumbles on cooked cobbler.
