Cherry-Raspberry Sorbet
  • 3/4 cup apple juice (from frozen concentrate)
  • 1/4 cup frozen raspberries
  • 1/4 cup frozen cherries
  • 1/4 teaspoon almond extract
  • 1cup frozen banana chunks (about 1 large banana)
  1. Blend apple juice, raspberries, cherries, and almond extract in a blender until smooth. Add banana chunks, a few at a time, and blend until mixture is thick.
