Caprese Martini
  • 1.5ounces London dry gin (such as Bombay Sapphire)
  • 1ounce Cocchi Americano
  • 1/2ounce fire-roasted tomato water (see note above)
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1dropper orange bitters
  • 1dropper aged balsamic vinegar
  • Freshly cracked black pepper, for garnish
  • Mozzarella ball, cherry tomato, and basil leaf skeweroptional
  1. Combine first five ingredients (gin through bitters) in a small shaker with ice; shake 10 seconds and strain into a martini glass. Sink an eyedropper of balsamic vinegar to bottom of glass. Garnish with black pepper and mozzarella-tomato skewer.
