Ingredients
  • 1cup vanilla hemp milk
  • 1/2 fresh or frozen banana
  • 1/2cup frozen mango
  • 3tablespoons Beaming or other plant protein powder
  • 1/4teaspoon spirulina or blue-green algae powder
  • 1tablespoon whole or ground chia seeds
  • 3-4 ice cubes
  • 1tablespoon hemp seeds
Instructions
  1. Combine first 7 ingredients in a blender and blend on high for 20 seconds. Sprinkle with hemp seeds and serve.
