Ingredients
  • 1 cup mushrooms, sliced
  • 1cup bell pepper, chop
  • 1cup beets and carrots, grated
  • 1cup green and red cabbage, sliced
  • 1cup firm tofu, cubed
  • 1cup onions, sliced
  • 1 cup tomatoes, diced
  • 3cloves garlic, sliced
  • 1tablespoon Bragg Liquid Aminos
  • 2 tablespoons Bragg Organic Olive Oil
  • ¼ teaspoon Bragg Sprinkle
  • ¼ teaspoon Bragg Sea Kelp Delight Seasoning
Instructions
  1. Mix all ingredients together. Lightly sauté in Bragg Organic Olive Oil or stir-fry in lightly oiled wok until tender. Great when served with organic brown rice.
