Bragg Fruit & Nut Protein Bars
  • 3/4pound raisins
  • 3/4pound sundried figs
  • 1/2pound walnuts
  • 1cup sesame seeds
  • 1tablespoon Bragg Nutritional Yeast
  • 3/4pound cashew nuts
  • 3/4pound pitted dates
  • 3/4cup raw wheat germ
  1. Process fruit and nuts in a food grinder until evenly combined.
  2. Roll the mixture out on a cutting board until it is 1/2 inch thick.
  3. Roll in the sesame seeds.
  4. Cut into squares.

No baking or chilling required; just grind the ingredients together, roll 'em out, and cut. Easy, healthy, delicious go-power for work or school.
