Ingredients
  • 2cups oats
  • 2cups almond milk
  • 1/3cup pure maple syrup
  • 3tablespoons chia seeds
  • 3tablespoons Manitoba Harvest Hemp Hearts
  • 1teaspoon cinnamon
  • 2small bananas, sliced
  • 1 1/2cups fresh blueberries
  • 1/2cup chopped walnuts
  • 1teaspoon vanilla
Instructions
  1. Blend half of the blueberries in a food processor or blender until smooth.
  2. Then mix all of the ingredients (including the blended blueberries) in a large bowl and let it set in the fridge overnight.
  3. In the morning, stir the oats, place them in a bowl or mason jar and enjoy!
Recipe Notes

Optional: Top the overnight oats with fresh blueberries and more Hemp Hearts. The mixture should keep in the fridge for 2-3 days.
