Baked Banana PB Oatmeal
  • 2cups oats
  • ½cup Manitoba Harvest Hemp Hearts
  • 1teaspoon baking powder
  • ½teaspoon salt
  • 1teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1cup almond milk
  • 1large egg
  • 1large banana, mashed
  • 1large banana, sliced
  • 2tablespoons natural peanut butter
  • 2tablespoons maple syrup
  • 1tablespoon pure vanilla extract
  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F.
  2. Add all of the dry ingredients to a large bowl and stir until combined.
  3. Mix in the milk, egg, mashed banana, peanut butter, maple syrup and vanilla until the ingredients are all combined.
  4. Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish (you can use whichever size you like just keep in mind that the bigger your dish is, the thinner the oatmeal will be) and bake for 25 to 30 minutes.
  5. Let it cool for a few minutes and then slice and serve. You can also keep the oatmeal in the fridge and serve it when you’re ready.
